"We made Go Fish: Yoga! to get kids moving. Acting out a pose to ask for a card turns a familiar card game into balance, breathing, and body awareness, and it never feels like exercise."
How to use
- At Home
- In the Classroom
- In Therapy
Play a round on family game night or after school. When you want a card, act out the yoga pose on it instead of naming it.
Kids get up and moving, and the poses turn screen-free game time into real physical activity.
Use Go Fish: Yoga! as a movement break or calm-down station. Lead a round as a group, or let students take turns modeling each pose.
The active poses help kids reset and refocus, and no mat or open floor space is required.
Bring it into OT or PT sessions to work on balance, coordination, and body awareness. Pause on poses to practice form and breathing.
The game format keeps kids motivated to hold and repeat poses that would feel like work on their own.
FAQ
What ages is Go Fish: Yoga! for?
It is designed for ages 5 and up. Pre-readers can match the pose pictures or icons on the cards without needing to read. Most games run about 15 minutes with 2 to 6 players.
How is this different from regular Go Fish?
Instead of a regular playing cards, each card has yoga pose illustrations on it. To ask for matches, you act out the yoga pose rather than naming the card. Just like regular Go Fish, you earn points for every pair of cards you collect. The player with the most points at the end is the winner!
Do kids need to know yoga already?
No. Every pose is beginner-friendly and shown right on the card, so kids and adults can follow along with no mat or instructor needed.
How do you win?
Play continues until one player has matched all their cards into pairs. Each pair is worth 2 points and each bonus card is worth 1 point, and the player with the most points wins.
What is included in the box?
52 yoga cards, 10 bonus movement-challenge cards, and a full instruction guide. Everything you need for 2 to 6 players is ready to play out of the box.

My kids really liked this game. We have just started to play a lot of Go Fish and this was a great addition and fun for the whole family. We really enjoyed getting up out of our seats to show the poses which made it more fun than just asking if you have a card. The instructions were very easy to understand and was great for my 5 and 8 year old. We really loved the Bonus cards for added fun! The cards of great quality and comes with a nice box so we don't lose them. Fun game for all ages and learn a few yoga poses as you go!
This card game is fun for family game night, combining the classic fun of Go Fish and Memory Match with active movement that helps little ones build balance and body awareness. I love that the diverse illustrations show different people doing the same poses to prove yoga is for everyone, and with 52 yoga cards plus 10 bonus cards included, it keeps kids engaged, moving, and having fun for hours.
This version of goldfish certainly puts a physical spin on the game and let your kids burn off a little bit more energy when they’re stuck inside on a rainy day.
You simply have to do the pose and your opponent has to pull the card that matches that pose, which makes the game take a little bit longer, but there is some fun bonus cards involved in the poses aren’t overly difficult so my four-year-old could even start playing.
It’s small size makes it great for packing for trips or camping, and so far the kids love trying the yoga poses and I don’t think they realize they’re even exercising!
This is an interesting fun game for kids. The great thing is that it's small and packable. Good to take with you on a camping trip. It's a pretty simple game when following the instructions. Kids do have to be old enough to follow the instructions. It's a fun little game that definately tests you kids ability to follow instructions and everyone's balance. Good way to keep everyone active and involved.
I got this because my kid has been expressing interest in doing yoga with me. This set is exactly what you'd expect.... it's essentially go fish with yoga poses. the cards are of good quality, and feel like mid-range playing cards. The box that holds the cards is nice, sufficiently thick and sturdy to protect the cards and survive some basic wear and tear.Overall, it's a nice card set and a simple premise to help get kids involved with more physical activity.
My little guy loves playing games, so he was super excited when this one showed up on our doorstep. It's Go Fish, but instead of asking for cards, you act out the poses! It's a simple concept, but it's fresh and little ones love getting up and acting out the poses. It's a really solid game, and I could see it being a great party game as well. This one surprised us and honestly we're really happy with it! We highly recommend this one for the little game lover in your life!
This is a really fun family card game that even younger kids can join and participate in. The recommended age is 5 and up, but I would suggest it for ages 3 and up because the yoga poses are simple and not difficult for little kids to follow. I like that the game gets kids moving while they play, making it more engaging than a typical card game. It’s a fun way to spend family time while introducing kids to simple yoga poses.
This Go Fish Yoga Card Game is for kids ages 5 and up and can be played with 2 to 6 players. The cards are well made and feel similar in quality to many playing cards I’ve used in the past. There is a little more activity involved than with a typical kids’ card game. Kids act out yoga poses when asking for matching cards, which makes the game more fun and engaging, especially for kids who like to play and be active. It also encourages balance and coordination through fun, movement-based gameplay. The game is similar to the classic Go Fish game that most of us are familiar with, but it has a unique twist that turns game night into something more active and entertaining. You can play using the regular Go Fish rules or use only the matching cards to play a memory match game. The instructions are included, and the game comes with 52 yoga cards and 10 bonus cards. Overall, it’s a fun way to combine a familiar card game with movement and yoga poses.
I'm always looking for creative ideas for my wee granddaughters, who are young but thanks to a less than perfect gene pool, have to deal with joint problems. I'm a firm believer that prevention starts when they're young and yoga is ideal for them to begin the journey to looking after themselves and minimizing future problems. This little card game takes a classic, Go Fish, something I'm sure we're all familiar with, and turns it into a fun but healthy pastime. It's as easy as it says, instead of using your words, you use your body. Brilliant. The cards come in a sturdy little box and they seem to be good quality, not lightweight or thin, so they should last for hours and hours of fun.I think this is an absolutely brilliant idea for little ones. It gets them moving, safely, and gets them on the path to better health and fitness. You can't go wrong with that at all.5 stars.
I actually played this with my teenage son who is always up for a good laugh, and we had a lot more fun with it than I expected! It’s such a simple idea, but having to act out the yoga poses and bonus cards made us laugh quite a bit. At one point I had to bear crawl across the living room growling like a bear. Needless to say, my son may now need therapy! I really like that it gets you up and moving instead of just sitting around playing a card game. The cards are well made, the instructions are easy to follow, and having both Go Fish and Memory Match gives you different ways to play. Overall, it was a surprisingly fun way to spend some time together, and definitely a game I’d recommend for some laughs and movement. I feel most poses are achievable for older players, the only one I could not do myself was the crab crawl but other than this I was ok.
This game puts a fun spin on traditional Go Fish by adding simple yoga poses and movement to the gameplay. It keeps kids engaged and active, making it a great option for rainy days, family game nights, or any time you want a screen-free activity. The cards feature both pictures and pose names, which makes them easy for younger children to follow along with. I also liked the bonus activity cards, which add variety and encourage movement, balance, and coordination in a playful way.Another standout feature is the sturdy storage box. It feels much more durable than the thin boxes that many card games come in and should hold up well to regular use. Overall, this is a fun, interactive game that combines movement and play in a way the whole family can enjoy.
The Go Fish Yoga Card Game is a fun, kid-friendly option that offers more than just one way to play. The cards are a nice thickness and feel durable enough to handle regular use by kids without feeling flimsy. The instructions and activities are easy to read and understand, making the game accessible for younger players.I also really like that the deck can be used to play Memory, giving it some added versatility. It’s a great size for keeping at home, bringing along for camping trips, or having available for rainy recesses in the classroom. The storage box is another nice feature. It feels solid and well made, and I expect it will hold up well to being opened, closed, and handled regularly by kids. Overall, this is a fun and practical card game with good-quality components and several ways to keep kids engaged.
This is a fun version of go fish with a yoga theme. Instead of just showing the card you want you do the pose. My 5 year old could confidently do all the poses without help. These are really simple poses nothing difficult. I would say however they became bored fairly quickly as in the end it is just go fish which is not that engaging. The yoga poses are also very simple so nothing too challenging to keep them engaged for longer. Overall the art is good and consistent and friendly. The cards are good quality as well. Did not keep my kids engaged for too long however if you want to introduce your kids to yoga and they like go fish this would be a good fun introduction.
This game is fun and works well for all ages. As someone who loves yoga, I was excited to find a game that brings that into a classic format kids already know. It's easy enough to include little ones, but still genuinely fun to play with the whole family, just like traditional go fish, except now you also have to hold a pose. The poses themselves are pretty manageable, nothing too demanding, though the wheel pose is probably the toughest one in the deck and might be a stretch for an older player. My daughter loves it, especially since she'd already been introduced to yoga at school and could recognize a lot of the poses right away. Compared to a regular game of go fish, this version gets everyone up and moving, which makes it more engaging for kids with extra energy to burn.Highly recommend for families looking for a game that mixes card-matching fun with a bit of movement and mindfulness.
This is an excellent kids game that gets them up and moving. My daughter struggles with exercise and I have found her begging to play this game with me. It is very easy to play and reading isn't necessary. The images are self explanatory. A fun activity to get the kids up and moving.
I bought this game for my kids, family and/or friends to do together.Pros-Really great quality. Would make a nice gift. The cards are thick and have a nice feel to them, the pictures are bold, clear and well thought out.-The game play gets families moving in a really fun way. You have to do the pose, instead of asking for the card by name.-For pre-readers, the pictures are clear, so that reading isn’t required to join (minus the bonus cards)Cons-I don’t have any complaints.Overall, it’s a really fun game, at a nice price. The deck is gifting-quality and gets your family moving more. I own on playing this one a lot and likely purchasing for birthdays in the future.
