Refund policy

We offer a simple, 30 day hassle-free return policy for all products that are sold on our site. The request for a return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse if they are returning due to an error on their part or have changed their mind about the purchase. If we have made an error (e.g., the item was described incorrectly, is damaged, or the wrong item was shipped) then we will pay for return shipping. No restocking fees are charged.

In order to start the return process, please email [email protected]. We will provide you with a return authorization number and a shipping address. Returns usually take about 3-5 business days to process after we have received them in our warehouse. Refunds will be credited back to the method of payment within 5 business days after that.
