What is your return policy?
We want every single customer to be completely satisfied with their order! We offer a 30 day hassle-free return policy for all products. In order to start the return process, email support@thinkpsych.com with your order number. We will provide you with a return authorization number and a shipping address. Returns usually take about 3-5 business days to process after we have received them in our warehouse. Refunds will be credited back to the method of payment within 5 business days after that.
How much does shipping cost?
All of the products on our website are delivered domestically with free shipping! Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days within the United States. International shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.
Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes, we accept purchase orders from all schools, businesses, and organizations. We can also offer discounts for bulk purchases. See the Purchase Order page for more information.
Can you process tax-exempt orders?
Yes! Please email your tax-exempt certificate to support@thinkpsych.com and we will prepare a tax-exempt invoice for you.
Do you give volume discounts for wholesale, distributors, or retail?
