Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Deliveries may be made on weekends depending on the shipping carrier used.

Shipping rates and delivery estimate

All of the products on our website are delivered domestically with free shipping! Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days within the United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addressed. Sorry about that!

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation one day after placing your order. You will receive order tracking updates from Amazon.com, our fulfillment partner.

Damages

ThinkPsych LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team ([email protected]) directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Customs, duties, and taxes

ThinkPsych LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

International Shipping Policy

We are able to ship to most international destinations. The costs for international shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the shipment’s weight and dimensions. 

Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 30 day hassle-free return policy for all products that are sold on our site. The request for a return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping to our warehouse if they are returning due to an error on their part or have changed their mind about the purchase. If we have made an error (e.g., the item was described incorrectly, is damaged, or the wrong item was shipped) then we will pay for return shipping. No restocking fees are charged for physical or digital products.

In order to start the return process, please email [email protected]. We will provide you with a return authorization number and a shipping address. Returns usually take about 3-5 business days to process after we have received them in our warehouse. Refunds will be credited back to the method of payment within 5 business days after that.
